Not necessarily. Photos can help with preliminary review, but final pricing depends on verified surfaces, conditions, dimensions, access, exclusions and the approved scope.

Can a photo identify exactly what caused a stain?

Not always. Several contaminants and types of surface change can look similar. Source history, surface condition, prior treatment and an on-site assessment or test area may be needed.

What if I do not know which service I need?
